Join us for a dynamic hour of all TABATA + CORE!

Tabata is one of the most effective forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), consisting of 8 rounds of high-power exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on,10-seconds-off interval. It may only take 4 minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those 4 minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit.

Intervals will be interspersed with CORE strengthening sets, to bring you an all-over cardio, core, strength & fun experience.

Classes take place at Flaherty Pool -160 Florence St., Roslindale, MA 02131
To attend, you must be a member of Boston Community Centers.

$10 cash or check per class.
